In a little over two years Houston and Houlka schools will be combined.

Earlier this month the Chickasaw County School District School Board reviewed Senate Bill 2463, passed in 2017 and signed into law later that year, which deals with an administrative consolidation of the Chickasaw and Houston school districts by July 2021.
