According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, Theotis Rudy Anderson, 42, of Aberdeen was charged April 29 with one count of failure to reregister as a sex offender or comply with electronic monitoring, in addition to one count of failure to register as a sex offender.

Phillip Edison Hathcock, 58, of Smithville was charged May 6 with one count of exploitation of a vulnerable person.
