ABERDEEN – Last year, Toni Reece led families on a hunt for tiny Jesus figurines through downtown during Lent. She’s continuing the same activity this year with 100 cross necklaces hidden up and down Main Street and in Paradise Alley, which is located behind Lann Hardware.

“This is ongoing leading up to Easter. The goal is for everyone to wear their necklaces to their Easter service. I just want families and kids to rediscover their hometown and have pride in where they live,” she said.
