My wife and I met Lauren Stokes about three weeks ago at the restaurant she and her husband John own, Tarasque. (Great food and special environment!)

Lauren is among the nicest, kindest, most joyful people we have ever met. We didn’t know her seven months ago when she was fired by University of Mississippi Chancellor Glenn Boyce. She was accused of being a disruptor, for a re-post on her private Instagram account following the Charlie Kirk assassination.
