In our small town of Ashland, we have been blessed with some wonderful cooks. Some are not with us anymore, but they left us with great recipes and memories. A great example of that is the recipe submitted by Sondra Wilburn, whose mother, Twyla Akin Gresham, had a reputation for great meals served at her house and often had extras at the table. This particular recipe was a favorite of Mr. Tony Farese Sr., and she made it often for him. There is no better compliment than to have requests made for a certain dishes from your kitchen and how fortunate the family is to have them and share with us.
