TUPELO — Even in times of global tension and economic uncertainty, the Community Development Foundation never strays from its mission to bring more and better jobs.
Last year was no different, and the lead economic development organization for Tupelo and Lee County was able to secure 12 new and expanded industry announcements that created 368 jobs. New capital investment totaled nearly $202 million, and new payroll taxed more than $18 million.
