TISHOMINGO- North Pontotoc and South Pontotoc competed in the Region 1-4A district meet last Tuesday, April 7th against New Albany, Corinth, and Tishomingo County.

Both schools were represented well in the meet, even had a few top place finishes. South's Kai Hidalgo tied with Corinth's Patrick Crump for second place in the boys 100m dash with a time of 11.53. North's Julius Gambrel placed second in the 400m dash with a final time of 53.84. North's Aiden Bates placed first in the 3200m run with a time of 11:08.83.
