TUPELO – WTVA is among 10 Allen Media Group television stations that will be sold to Atlanta-based Gray Media for $171 million.

The deal includes three new markets for Gray, which expects closing the transaction in the fourth quarter of this year following receipt of regulatory approval, including certain waivers of FCC local ownership rules, and other customary closing conditions.
